Booking Information

Start/finish dates are usually Saturday — Saturday but can be more flexible at times outside the summer months.

Short breaks (up to 3 nights, for half the weekly rate) are sometimes available, especially in mid or low seasons, but are not usually bookable more than 4 weeks in advance. Please note: Easter, Christmas, and the New Year periods are generally only available for a minimum of 1 week.

The following is included in the rental:-

• Westcove House: Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, fuel for open fire/woodburning stove, bedding and towels. Daily cleaning and basic culinary ingredients are also included when renting Westcove House on its own or with the Stables and/or Garden Cottage. Details of flexible catering and extra housekeeping options will be sent on request.
• The Stables: Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, fuel for open fire, bedding and towels.
• Garden Cottage: Wi-Fi, electricity, fuel for woodburning stove, bedding and towels.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. If over a year in advance, only 10% is needed at first, with the balance of 15% due in January of the following year. Payment may be either by direct transfer (Bank details sent on request) or by Visa/Mastercard (please give a suitable time and telephone number for Susannah to call you for card details). Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. Exact directions  will be sent with receipt for balance.  (Please let us know which Irish air/sea port you will be using.)

A 5% discount is given when Westcove House is rented with either The Stables or Garden Cottage.
A 10% discount is available when all three properties are rented together.
