Booking Instructions:

Please submit this form only when you have agreed dates and rates with the owner, Susannah Adlington, using the enquiry form and definitely wish to proceed with the booking.
Payment of the deposit of 25% of the total rental secures the booking and is acceptable either by direct transfer, details sent on request, or by Visa/Mastercard. Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Exact directions will be sent with receipt for balance. (Please let us know which Irish air/sea port you will be using.)

Deposit Amount = 25% of total rental is payable on booking. (The property will only be held for 48 hours unless otherwise agreed)

By submitting your details you agree to the terms and conditions listed below Terms & Conditions Pier Cottage is booked at the time of receipt of both the completed Booking Form & the deposit as stated above; the balance of the rent is due 6 weeks before arrival. The number of people occupying the houses may not exceed the number of beds. It is an express condition of the booking that the Proprietor is not responsible for any loss or damage which may be sustained by tenants of their visitors. If the property is not claimed by 6pm on the due day of arrival, it will be re-let without future reference to the clients, except where prior notice has been given. The property must be left tidy. Any damages or breakages must be paid for before departure and we are entitled to fix the amount due. Dogs are welcome, but not upstairs or on the sofas & chairs please! Also be very careful and keep them on leads at all times when walking in the hills when there are sheep around. Any special arrangements such as cot or high chair must be advised in advance. Tenancy runs from 3.00pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on departure day unless other arrangements are agreed in advance. Prices include electricity, turf (peat) for the open fires, bed linen and towels Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the balance of the full rental has been received, this will be repaid less a 10% admin charge if the property is subsequently re-let. Telephone cancellations must be confirmed in writing by fax or by email.
